SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped every Friday. Please allow 1-2 weeks for US orders and 2-3 weeks for international shipments. 

For back stocked items, these will be made-to-order.  Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipment. Once shipped, RITUAL MARFA is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Delivery times vary according to location. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and them to find it. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Please email info@ritualmarfa.com with any questions regarding shipping and delivery.

RETURNS

Claims must be reported within 5 days after receiving your package. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns. We offer replacement or a refund when needed. Due to the sustainability and availability of the natural essential oils we use to formulate our fragrance, scents and wax color may vary slightly from batch to batch.

DAMAGES

Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Within 5 days of receipt, please notify us by email with a description of the damage and a photo of the broken item and packaging. Please make sure to keep all of the original packing material and original box. We will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf.
